This data gallery serves as the central location for stakeholders and partners to access organized spatial data and maps related to the Gulf Coastal Plains and Ozarks LCC (GCPO) Landscape Conservation Design (LCD) process. The mission of the GCPO LCC is to define, design and deliver landscapes capable of sustaining fish and wildlife populations now and into the future. The GCPO LCD gallery contains spatial data related to the existing network of protected and prioritized lands and waters for conservation in the GCPO geography. The gallery also contains geospatial data outputs related to the State of the GCPO
ecological assessment report categorized by priority ecological systems defined in the draft GCPO LCC
Integrated Science Agenda (ISA). The draft ISA is a product of the GCPO LCC Adaptation Science Management Team, comprised of over 40 members from LCC partners agencies and organizations. The ISA provides an initial set of science priorities for the LCC partnership, and organizes priorities by LCC subgeography (East and West Gulf Coastal Plain, Mississippi Alluvial Valley, Ozark Highlands, and Gulf Coast). Science priorities are defined within a set of 9 priority ecological systems, with landscape and species endpoints reflective of desired ecological states for each system and potential system stressors listed in the ISA. Gallery contents will provide support to stakeholders and LCC staff to inform the GCPO LCD process and will be updated regularly with new and revised content. The gallery will also serve as the central location for iterative review of draft GCPO LCD products.
